Yes, you should stop doing that. Kids and teens need to get a lot of sleep, even more than adults do. It's okay to binge watch late at night every once in a while (preferably on weekends or during a holiday vacation), but you definitely shouldn't make a habit of it.

    Dahlia Grace

  • Question
What if I want to finish an entire 900+ episode show over the summer, but I’m not allowed to have much screen time?
    Amiandra
    Community Answer
Does this 900+ episode show happen to be the anime One Piece? If that's so, consider skipping the openings and endings, and speeding up the filler episodes. If you're limited on screen time, you've got to have some good time management and possible sneaking around to get this completed. Consider ways to get more screen time, try working something out or doing more chores for more screen time. Try to have a set minimum amount of episodes a day you'll watch. Getting a 900+ episode series finished in one summer is a demanding and difficult task. Watching 10-12 episodes a day over a period of three months can get this finished.
  • Question
How do I binge watch correctly if I get bored and distracted easily?
    Amiandra
    Community Answer
Finding a show you really enjoy and being properly prepared is the best way to combat this. If you get distracted easily, consider having a fidget toy or object to have in your hands as you watch! Watching a whole season in one sitting might not be the best option for you, but you can work up the amount of episodes you watch in one sitting to make yourself accustomed to binging. Remember to get up, stretch, and take bathroom breaks!
