Yes. Click your account picture in the top right, then click Settings. Click the tab at the top that says Filters and Blocked Addresses. Toward the middle of the screen, you will see Create New Filter. Click that, and it will allow you to choose which words to be filtered.

You cannot add multiple keywords in one filter unless you want to filter out messages when two or more words in the filter are side-by-side. You'll have to create different filters altogether. For example, you will have to create one filter with "Free!", save the filter, and then create another one with "Win!". But if you create a filter with "Free! Win!", messages with the whole phrase "Free! Win!" will only get filtered.
