Sure! Nowadays, there are many varieties of door panel clips and many clip removal tool kits available at reasonable prices. Do not use a straight edge screwdriver to remove a door panel as significant scarring to the panel and the door often results. Be patient and use as little force as possible when prying on a clip. This will reduce damage to the clip, your pry tool, and the vehicle, reducing rework and headaches.

If by "studs" you mean the plastic pins holding together the car trim and fastening it to the metal parts of the car, there are very inexpensive plastic kits for trim removal. The tools look like plastic spatulas and small flat bars, some with notches. Check Harborfreight, Amazon and eBay.
