Unblocking a Contact on iPhone

To unblock a number on your iPhone, open Settings > Apps > Phone . Tap Blocked Contacts to find a list of all your blocked numbers. Tap Edit , and then tap the red circle next to the number you want to unblock. Tap Unblock .

Can I unblock someone who is not in my contacts?
