What TV Show Should I Watch?

Sometimes you just need to sit down and experience a story for hours at a time. After all, there’s nothing quite as magical as losing yourself in another world (and in other people’s problems) while you forget about your own, even just for a little while. But a TV marathon requires prep and responsible viewing, so we’re here to give you some tips.

1. Grab a friend (or go solo).
Everything’s better with a friend. When you’ve got a pal by your side, you can heckle the TV and groan over every bad decision and terrible line read. Invite someone over and ask them if they’d like to watch with you. Or, go solo—the benefit there is you can watch as much as you want, without having to wait for someone else’s schedule.

2. Grab some refreshments.
Long TV marathons require refueling! Pick up some snacks, order out, and stay hydrated (and energized) with an energy drink, or something with a little caffeine. At the very least, keep some water handy.

3. Clear your schedule. There’s nothing worse than getting up to the big climax of a season and having to call it quits because you have school or work in the morning. Weekends work best! Or, schedule your binge into chunks, so that you can take it bite by bite.
