Here are some techniques that can help you remember to bring your saxophone home:

- Set an alarm on your phone.
- Write down the task somewhere you'll see it: in your planner, on a to-do list, even on your hand!
- Ask someone to remind you.
- If possible, put your saxophone somewhere you can't ignore it, so you'll remember to grab it when you leave.
- Plan to reward yourself for remembering with a small treat (like an ice cream or extra TV time); you may be more likely to remember it if there's something to look forward to after!
- Identify any distractions that might cause you to forget: for instance, are you usually chatting with friends at the end of the day or texting? Try to make sure you've got your sax with you before engaging in activities that might distract you and make you forget.
I have two ideas to help you remember your saxophone. The first thing I'd ask you is, what's your last stop of the day? What's the last thing you do before you go home? I'm assuming it's probably something like going to your locker. I would put a big sticky note in your locker (or wherever your last stop of the day is) that says, "Remember to bring your saxophone home." I would put it next to the hook where you're grabbing your backpack, if that's what you're doing. Basically, the note should be in any obvious spot wherever your last stop of the day is.
If you don't use a locker, or if digital reminders are more your thing, I'd suggest using an alarm on your phone. For example, if dismissal is at 3:20 PM, I would have an alarm go off at 3:22. You can add labels to your alarms, so I would have the alarm say something like, "Bring home saxophone." And the good news is, since everybody has a cell phone now, anybody can use the alarm system.

Put a sticky note on the foot of your bed that... oh wait yeah just do what WikiGladeJumper589 said 2 do.

put a sticky note somewhere you look often (that you are allowed to) like, for example, put it on your chair if you have one and then when you like get out of it you see the note and you remember "Get my saxophone before I leave!"
