With Mars in retrograde, you’re revisiting your passion, your energy, and your work ethic. You’re also reevaluating the conditions in your environment that either help or hinder you from achieving your goals. Mars is one of the malefic planets, so even when it’s not in retrograde, it’s there to teach you lessons. When it is in retrograde, it’s saying, “No, really, we need you to hear this.” So it’s still chaotic, and you don’t have the energy to do things and that brings a lot of frustration.
Venus retrograde lasts about 6 weeks and occurs roughly every 18 months. It’s a time of introspection rather than drastic change. Venus retrograde is much softer than Mercury retrograde. Because Venus is a benefic planet, it still aims to help, but it does so by prompting reflection. It also doesn’t feel as jarring—at least not in my experience—as Mercury retrograde, especially because it doesn’t happen as often.
Venus moves a lot slower, whereas Mercury moves quickly, which is why things happen so chaotically when Mercury is in retrograde. But when Venus is in retrograde, if something does happen, it’s most likely something you’ve already been contemplating, and Venus is finally giving you that time and space to review it.
Because Mercury rules communication, people might experience misunderstandings, broken promises, or issues with signing agreements. Travel plans can also be affected. It’s a time for reviewing and reflecting rather than starting new ventures.
ask questions to gain a deeper understanding and apply it to their life. They pay close attention to detail, excel at organizing, and thrive in data-driven fields.
At work, they come across as very put-together, but at home, they may be less organized because they’ve used up all their mental energy elsewhere. They also tend to focus on health and self-improvement. However, they can also be prone to anxiety and even hypochondria because their minds are always working, always analyzing.
