Taylor Swift just announced that her next album will be titled Life of a Showgirl . The news was teased in a preview clip from the Kelce brothers’ podcast, showing Swift pulling an album with a blurred cover out of a mint-green briefcase with “TS” written on it in orange. Swift’s official website revealed that her 12th album is available for “pre pre-order” as of 12:12 a.m. on August 12th.

Who do you think will be featured on the album? Who was involved in the production? When will it be released? What will it sound like? Tune into Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast, which will be released at 7 p.m. EST on August 13th on YouTube, to hear from Taylor herself and find out all the details.

I heard that some Swifties are looking up the titles of all the books and authors that were featured in the room where Taylor filmed the promo for her podcast episode on New Heights and they're finding that some of the authors are fake, leading some fans to think they may be pseudonyms for tracklist songs or tied to the new album's songs in some way.

I also checked out Taylor Swift's newest Spotify playlist titled "And, baby, that's show business for you" and saw that it was all tracks produced by Max Martin and Shellback! That playlist definitely contains some clues to the newest album and her next era - excited to see how things unfold!

I'm always so impressed with how much preparation goes into Taylor's album announcements and all of the easter eggs that she leaves for people to find. Apparently, there were easter eggs all the way back in her Midnights music video released in 2022, hinting at this new album!

Fans believe that the production for the album was done by Max Martin and Shellback! A few green and orange billboards were put up yesterday (most notably in Times Square) with a QR code that linked to an official Spotify playlist made by Taylor Swift. The playlist is called "And baby, that's showbusiness for you", and it's made up of songs from previous albums of hers that were all collaborations with Max Martin and Shellback. This has led fans now think that she collaborated with them to make TS12.

We still don't know what the easter eggs with her logo are in the background of the New Heights podcast promo video clips that have come out. There are at least four boxes (or what appear to be boxes) in the bookshelves behind Taylor and Travis that are different colors (white, orange, purple, and red) that people are very curious about...

Finally, there is possible buzz that there might be some sort of collab with Sabrina Carpenter, either on Sabrina's upcoming album or Taylor's? There's a picture of the two of them onstage in New Orleans in a carousel of photos Taylor Nation posted that ended up being promo for The Life of a Showgirl. Can't wait to learn more on New Heights!
