QuestionWhat if I don't have the cone adapter?Community AnswerInsert a straw into the opening -- you'd be surprised at how well it seals. Keep blowing air into it (you can stop and hold the straw closed as often as needed). Once done, plug it with the closing pin while removing the straw. No pump needed!

QuestionI have just purchased a ball. The only accessories are the plastic fork and what looks like a plug with two stoppers. Do I have to force the plug into the hole to inflate the ball? Once correctly inflated do I then insert the stopper? I tried to do this but the stopper sticks out of the ball, which does not seem correct.Community AnswerYou need to press the stopper into the hole once the ball is fully inflated. If it hangs out, try pressing a bit harder until it runs flush to the sides of your ball.

QuestionI never received the stopper, how can we seal the opening?Community AnswerThere's no real way to ensure that air won't escape without using the stopper that came with the ball. Call the ball's manufacturer to see if you can get a replacement. If that doesn't work you can use duct tape or an inflatable patch and place it over the opening.

QuestionI don't have the plug remover. The plug is partially out and the ball needs inflating. How do I inflate it with the plug partially in?Community AnswerYou need to remove the plug before you can inflate it. Pull on the plug with your hands until it comes out of the ball.

QuestionHow do I fill my exercise ball with straw or bicycle pump?Community AnswerBicycle pump is not recommended, as it moves only a tiny volume of air each time and the pumping will last forever. Inflating the ball by lungs using a straw may be a lot quicker and is a good exercise too. You can then top off the ball using the pump.

QuestionHow can I remove the stopper if I don't have a stopper remover tool?Community AnswerUse a butter knife that has dull edges to pry it up until you can pull it out with your fingers.
