    Expert Answer
It's important to be authentic. If you're trying to pretend like you're something you're not, people will see through it. The best way to get around limitations or discomfort is to just play to your strengths. If you aren't a good public speaker, break into small groups and speak to your teams in smaller settings. If you aren't good at presenting, delegate someone else to present. So long as you're authentic and you play to your strengths, you'll be fine.
