    If you're young and you want to be a professional singer, the best thing you can do is to get a good instructor. You may be a great singer, but singing professionally involves a different level of competition. In addition, singing professionally takes a different toll on your body and your voice than singing for fun, and an instructor can help you learn to withstand that.
