What if someone I worked with posted something on Facebook about me and the boss won't do anything about it and I quit? Can I collect then?

Probably not, unless you can prove that the Facebook posts are part of a wider campaign of harassment that is resulting in a hostile work environment. And this is difficult to prove. If the person is posting something patently untrue and very damaging to your character (i.e. that you are a child molester, you're stealing from work, etc.), you might be able to sue them for libel. But the best course of action is to just ignore them or to contact the human resources department and complain about your boss's inaction.

How long do I have to wait to receive my benefits after I have finished the process?

Usually it only takes two to three weeks. If there are any unresolved errors in your application it can take longer, but when it is resolved they will send you all the weeks you have filed for in your weekly reports all at once. So keep doing your weekly reports and your job searches. If you have not received anything by the third week, call the office.
