On a Chevy, you can generally find the OnStar fuse labelled as such in the fuse box in the engine compartment. Look on the inside lid of the fuse box, or in the owner's manual. Warning: I found that on my 2017 Volt, pulling the OnStar fuse also results in Android Auto being unable to take voice commands. "OK Google" still triggered, but the subsequent command audio was not reaching the phone.

Could that be CTSY, or "courtesy"? A courtesy lamp is a likely suspect for draining batteries. I use the video camera mode of my cell phone to check the trunk and glove box. Start video, put camera in trunk, wait a few seconds, retrieve camera. Did the light actually go out?
