Just listen to your body, and stop before it hurts.

    Focus on bringing your calories down below maintenance level and prepare to deload on many of your exercises, you'll be less strong when you're cutting, so focus on movements that feel good, also consider upper body cardio training such as bag work or battle ropes.

    You may need to cut down on body fat to get more of a defined look, if that's what your'e after. Continuing your weight program but adding in a significant amount of cardio will probably work well if kept to for a couple of months.
