Buy a hosting plan through a website hosting company (for example, type on Google "Extra Web Designs") and they do all the work for you. In case if you don't want to use them after buying your hosting plan, you will be able to login into hosting provider, then access your FTP via online on using an FTP software called Filezila totally free. After login into your FTP account, copy/drop all your website files into the main root. Normally depending on the hosting provider the main root is called "public.."
