Select the "Activate Manually" option, and go to support.securom.com/rockstarunlock/GTA_IV/index.php?c=offline. Scroll down to Step Two and copy your Unlock Request Code and past it in the Unlock Request Code box, then type in your serial key into the Serial box and press Generate Unlock Code. Copy and paste the unlock code into the GTA IV activation, type in your serial and click Activate.
