  • Question
How do I store the modelling clay? Can I use a Ziplock bag?
    Shantel Wms-Druivenga

I use Ziplock bags to store mine. Be sure to flatten it as much as possible so you don't trap air inside the bag, which dries it out. Keep away from heat and direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place. If it stiffens before your next use, just add a few drops of water at a time and knead it to re-soften.
  • Question
Does the no bake clay need something for keeping away mold?
    Shantel Wms-Druivenga
    Community Answer
When I use any DIY recipe, I add a couple drops of peppermint or eucalyptus essential oils and haven't had molding. The smell can be overwhelming at first so one drop may even be enough for a batch this small. But don't use essential oils if u are allergic to them or highly sensitive, as they are quite potent.
