All of the reasons lead back to one thing: bacteria. Lots of people choose to shower right after sex in order to eliminate the smell and to feel fresh again, and also to prevent infection. This smell is completely natural and you shouldn't feel embarrassed by it. If it starts to smell different or worse, see your doctor.
