Take the diamond to a certified appraiser and pay an additional fee to have the diamond "plotted" (a sketch of the characteristics and inclusions), or find a jeweler who has a digital camera attached to a microscope that can take detailed photos of the inclusions in the diamond. Either way would involve a cost.
