    That is not something I have heard of, nor is it the position of any of the schools of thought as far as I am aware. Some scholars take the opinion that Durood Ibrahim (salawat) is sunnah, while others say it is fardh.

    This is permissible, because Taraweeh is not an obligatory prayer, so reciting from the mushaf is allowed.

    This is not fardh, it is only sunnah to recite these du'as. The Prophet used to recite du'as such as "Rabigh firlee" during this position.
