You can still access your village and report the problem to customer care and you will both be logged out. You can then change your password and re-open your village leaving the other person out.

I lost my phone in an armed robbery and logged in on my new phone using my log in credentials, but the wrong village is loading (which is not mine). I contacted Supercell several times but get nothing back from them. Any advice?

Make sure you have added the correct Google Play account to your device. In the in-game settings, tap on the Google Play button. This should prompt a screen that will ask you to load the correct village -- the village level 1 and your old village you lost. Confirm the data that appears there (name of the village, level, and last time played) and select your main village.

Contact Supercell. Give them the exact username, level, clan name (if any). Giving them a player tag (found in your profile) will make the recovery process much easier. Tell them how many gems you had, otherwise your current account can be permanently banned for phishing.

Actually, Supercell ID doesn't have any password. It uses your e-mail accounts to send you a one time password. If you have multiple accounts in the same device, search "Supercell ID" in the search bar of your e-mail account. The account that gets the e-mail will receive the OTP. Use that particular account to sign in to your lost Clash of Clans account.
