    Expert Answer
Try focusing on getting a good grasp of the subject, rather than covering as much ground as you can. It's not about racing the clock and seeing how much you can cram in over a short time. It's better to go deeper so that you get more out of your study time. If you only have an hour, make it a high-quality hour, even if you only learn one thing.

It depends on how long your chapter is. But try the pomodoro method, where you study for 25 minutes and take 5 minute break and another 5 minute study. This will help you learn your chapter quickly by focusing.

Avoid keeping distracting things like your phone away, out of your reach. Try engaging yourself in something that helps you focus better like taking notes, musical study, speed reading etc. Meditate for a few moments before studying. This is probably help you focus better and not get distracting.
