Restart the Roku device. Press the Home button on your remote. Go to Settings > System > System Reset. Select restart. Wait for Your Roku device to turn off and on again. Check The batteries of the remote. Press the setup button on your remote until the LED light at the top of the remote changes from red to green. Press 9_9_9_. Then the LED light blinks to indicate the battery level: 3 green blinks indicates that battery power is good. 2 red blinks indicates that the battery is low. Alternatively, you can use a Smartphone to check if your Remote needs fresh batteries by pointing the remote at the camera and pressing any button on your remote.
