QuestionThe clamps fell apart. How do I put it back together?Community AnswerThere are two pieces to the clamp--the piece with the spring attached and the piece with the cutter. Hold the two pieces so that the curved end of the piece with the cutter and the side of the other piece on which the spring is located are pointing at each other. Hook the curved end of the piece with the cutter under the spring on the other piece. Next, flip the piece with the spring under, hooking it into the track on the cutter piece. Once the pieces are connected, hold them so that the cutter mechanism is pointed at the ceiling and snap them back into place inside your Diaper Genie®. Watch a video demonstration.
