2. Move the decimal in the dividend the same number of spaces
3. Write the decimal directly above where it appears in the dividend

1. Move the decimal two places to the right and add a percent sign

1. Move the decimal two places to the left and remove the percent sign
1. Fraction to decimal
1. Divide the top number by the bottom number
1. Fraction to percent
1. Convert the fraction to a decimal
2. Move the decimal two places to the right and add a percent sign
1. Decimal to fraction
1. Determine place value of the furthest right number in the decimal (10th, 100th, etc.)
2. Write the place as the denominator and the number (without the decimal) as the numerator

1. Change percent to a decimal (see above)
2. Change decimal to a fraction (see above)
