Head Tilt
1. Sit up tall.
2. Bow your head toward your chest and hold for 30 seconds.
3. Tilt your head back so that your chin is pointing toward the ceiling. Hold for 15 seconds.
4. Repeat at least twice per day
Head Rotation
1. Start by sitting with a straight back.
2. Turn your head in a clockwise circles so that you feel a stretch in your neck and shoulder.
3. Perform 10 slow rotations and switch directions.
Shoulder Rolls
1. Start by sitting or standing with tall posture.
2. Lift your shoulders and roll them forward ten times.
3. Repeat by rolling your shoulders backwards ten times.
Side Tilt
1. Stand tall or sit with good posture.
2. Put your left hand on your right shoulder.
3. Tilt your left ear toward your left shoulder.
4. When you feel a stretch in the right side of your neck, hold for 30 seconds.
5. Repeat on the other side.
