Homemade Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
* Heavy cream (2 cups)
* Sweetened condensed milk (1 can, 14 oz)
* Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
* Mix-ins, such as chocolate chips, marshmallows, etc. (optional)
* Flavoring, such as chocolate syrup, caramel, or peanut butter (optional)
* For banana ice cream, 4 to 5 bananas, peeled and frozen
* For coconut ice cream, 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
Instructions:
* In a large bowl, use an electric mixer or whisk to beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
* In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
* For banana ice cream, blend in bananas
* For coconut ice cream, blend in coconut milk
* Fold the condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
* Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and cover.
* Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
* Serve the ice cream cold and enjoy!
