Thrust Punch
1. Start in horse stance or a standing position
2. Punch straight until your elbow is fully extended and your knuckles are upwards
3. Pull your arm back quickly
Upward-Cannon Punch
1. Stand in forward stance
2. Straighten your front arm and bend your back arm 90 degrees
3. Punch in an upward motion with your back hand like a boxng uppercut
Chopping Punch
1. Stand in forward stance
2. Straighten your back arm
3. Bring your back hand down like you’re karate chopping but keep your fist closed
Throwing Punch
1. Stand in forward stance
2. Shift your weight from your back leg to your front leg while punching straight
Armpit Punch
1. Stand in forward stance
2. Lift your back arm with a clenched fist
3. Slam your back hand down in front of your like your punching the surface of a table
