Horse Stance 1. Stand with your feet parallel with each other and a little bit wider than shoulder-width apart 2. Bend your knees and squat slightly Forward Stance 1. Turn about 45 degrees to one side and face the way your turned 2. Step your feet two shoulder-widths apart 3. Point both your toes forward Cat Stance 1. Stand with all of your weight on your back leg 2. Point your front toe toward the ground, but don’t put any weight on it Twist Stance 1. Turn your front foot outward 2. Lift your back heel off the ground so that only your toe is touching 3. Crouch down so that your back leg appears to be twisted around your front Crane Stance 1. Stand on one foot 2.
