George has recently submitted an application to rent an apartment from your complex on Anderson Street. Because my son has only just started his career, he has yet to build up any credit. According to your regulations, I understand that you require all lease applicants to have a positive credit score. Although George currently has no credit score, I am willing to co-sign his lease. George has a steady job and should have more than enough money to pay the agreed-upon rent of $750.00 at the first of each month.
