Grind the seeds into a powder using a food processor. You can then add them to side dishes such as mashed potatoes, broccoli, or rice. Using powdered fenugreek seeds, add water and stir until a paste forms. You can then add this paste to any curry dish you are making. You can eat the seeds whole as well. Simply soak them in water overnight, then you can roast them for a few minutes on the stovetop over medium heat. Then, simply add the roasted fenugreek seeds to a stir fry, salad, or soup. Finally, try making sprouted fenugreek seeds. Start by putting 1-3 Tbsp. of fenugreek seeds in a wide mouth jar, covered with mesh and secured with a rubber band. Add water through the mesh, then swirl and drain. Add another cup of cool water and soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain well. Twice a day, you will need to refill the jar with cool water, swirl, and drain. Turn the jar upside down and leave it at an angle in the sink. Your sprouted fenugreek should be ready to eat in 3 to 6 days! You can add it to a salad or burrito bowl, or simply eat it plain.
