Hash Browns Recipe
Ingredients:
* 2 large potatoes
* 1/2 onion, finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons butter
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes and rinse them under cold water.
Grate the potatoes on the large holes of a box grater or use a food processor with the grating attachment.
Squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated potatoes using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until softened.
Add the grated potatoes to the skillet and spread them out in an even layer.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the hash browns for 5-7 minutes on one side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Flip the hash browns and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes on the other side, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Serve the hash browns hot and enjoy!
