Say “X” and “O”

Suck in Your Cheeks
To tone your cheeks, suck them into your mouth to make a fish face, then release. Repeat 20 times every day.
Open Wide
Work your entire face by opening your mouth widely and roundly. Hold the expression for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat up to 30 times over the course of the day every day.
Lower Lip Lift
Without using your hands, lift your lower lip towards your nose as far as you can and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times in a row daily.
Tight Eyes
Close your eyes as tightly as you can and hold for 10 seconds. Release and rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times in a row daily.
Blow Air
Sit in a chair with your back straight. Lean your head back, angling your face towards the ceiling. Pull your lips into a tight “O” and blow air out of your mouth. Continue blowing for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times in a row daily.
Jaw Chewing
Keep your head straight. Close your mouth and move your jaw like you’re chewing, continuing to breathe at the same time. Open your mouth and press your tongue down against the bottom of your teeth for 5 seconds. Inhale and exhale. Repeat 10 times in a row daily.
