😊 What’s Something That Made You Smile Recently?

As someone who historically does NOT work out, one of my goals for this year is to run a 5k so I started training about 3 months ago. I feel great being more active but I'm frustrated because I am still pretty much as slow as I was when I first started! How do you get faster?

Hello, everyone. So, I’ve always been a little insecure about my jawline. It sort of blends into my neck and I just don’t think I look very good a lot of the time if I fixate on it. I do fine with dating and stuff, and I think I’m otherwise a pretty attractive person, but my jaw has been bugging me a lot recently. I’d love to have a more chiseled, clean look, but I don’t really know how I could do that. Are there workouts or exercises I can use to improve the shape of my face and strengthen the look of my jawline? What would you do?

My hair has been greasy for a long time. I don't want to shower everyday, and It seems like my hair gets greasy after the first day. I've even double washed it, and it still didn't work for me. I seriously need help with this.
