October 6, 2013 Mr. Walker, Thank you for taking the time to deal with the situation concerning John Emerson. I appreciate the fact that you had a discussion with him about some of the issues I brought to your attention. I would also like to thank you for keeping my name out of it. I am sorry to hear that John quit without attempting to correct the issues, despite the fact that you were willing to give him a fair chance. Hopefully, you will not have too much trouble filling his position. Several of my coworkers have mentioned to me how much more peaceful the workplace is since John left. Everything seems calmer, and we are all getting more work done. Most importantly, the customers are being treated appropriately. While I’m not saying John was the cause of every problem, there is a noticeable difference that is benefiting everyone at the store. Thank you again for dealing with this matter quickly and fairly.
