Talk to more people IRL.
When you’re only talking with people online, it’s easy to get pulled into the slang whirlpool, which’ll eat you up and spit you out and have you saying things like “The skibidi rizzler seems to free his gyatt at night,” which is totally Ohio. When you talk to people in real life, though, you reset and retrain your brain to say things normally, so that when the time comes, you know how to talk like a person again.

Read a book.
Books are like a shortcut to rizz, and we’re not joking. They’re fun, interesting, and give you something to talk about. They’ll expand your mind and make you big-brained, and there’s nothing more aura than being literate and having reading comprehension.

Find a hobby that isn’t the internet. The cringiest thing you could do is live your life entirely online. It’s one thing to keep up with slang and trends, but it’s another thing to let the brainrot consume you entirely. The best antidote for Ohio, though, is being passionate about something real, that you can touch with your hands in the real world. Take up a sport, hit the gym, start knitting.
