Noticing First

1Watch MLBB YouTubers. Checking your favorite YouTubers on MLBB can be a nice and informative way to discover what's occurring to your main hero. You can watch Elgin, as it explains what happens in Advanced Server, or you can watch Hororo Chan, as it gives a demonstration of the buffs/nerfs of a hero.

2See the Patch Notes. When an update appears in Original Server, you will receive Patch Notes in your inbox. You can see what the hero decided to change, along with other news and updates.
- The Patch Notes has an indicator to not confuse readers. If it has an up arrow, the hero is buffed. The opposite goes for a down arrow, which means a nerf. A ~ sign means a natural change occurred.

3Check ML-Leaks. It is a page on Facebook that gives updates that are seen at Advanced Server before it happens everywhere else. You can see their leaks on unreleased skins and events.

4See Mobile Legends social media accounts. On big updates, MLBB usually gives everyone a heads up on their Social Media accounts, including YT and Twitter. They will show what changed in the game with some explanation, and how it will affect the game.

5Be on Advanced Server. Joining Advanced Server is a way to discover updates before anyone else, as it releases events and hero updates earlier via monitoring. Adjust Before the Update

1Adjust your hero selections (if needed). If you main Granger and he has been nerfed to a slight amount, you can make new ADCs rejoice you into more winning. You can consider Wanwan for her critical damage, or Karrie for being easy on tanks.

2Buy newer heroes. If your main hero gets nerfed for a massive amount, you should reconsider learning newer heroes that may have been overpowered. You need to make sure that you need to play them in Classic or Practice mode before considering the hero.

3Try new strategies. Sometimes, trying new things can result in new hero playthroughs, so test them out first before trying. This is well reliable on Atlas ever since the CC nerf on his second skill, so they take a stronger approach to use instead, as using the nerfed strategies can result in a bad game.

4Cope with the new changes. If you see a newer hero getting buffed dramatically, you should be well alert to the situation. If you play in Draft Pick on the Ranked Game, you should consider banning the hero because it can dominate in the late-game.
