1Launch the X platform app on your phone. Log in with your username/email and password, if you haven't already done so.

2Navigate to the main menu. Just tap your profile icon on the top-left side of the app. Doing so, a side menu panel will appear there.

3Tap on Settings and privacy . It's located at the bottom of the menu.

4Select Privacy and safety option. You will see it, under the Account settings.

5Scroll down to the bottom and tap on Personalisation and data option. This will open the Personalisation and data settings.

6Turn off the Personalisation and data feature. Toggle off the blue switch, right across the Personalisation and data title. You can also opt in or out of each setting manually.
