How to Create a Quizlet Account

Quizlet is a website that allows you to create sets of flashcards that help you to study. However, you cannot a class, create a set, or view private sets without an account. This wikiHow will show you how to create one.

Steps

    Open Quizlet . Quizlet can be accessed by typing quizlet.com into your browser and clicking ↵ Enter .

    Click Get started . It is in a large blue box in the middle of the screen.
    • You can also click Sign up in the top right of the screen.

Signing Up with Google

    Select Sign up with Google . It's is located at the very top of the sign up tab, next to the Sign up with Facebook button.

    Enter your email address. This should be the email address you use the most often, and it has to be a Gmail email address.

    Enter the password to your email account.

    Wait to be redirected back to the original sign up page. Enter your birthday.
    • Your birthday has to be your real birthday. Quizlet allows all ages to participate, but you must use your real date of birth to comply with local laws.

    Enter the username you want to use. Make it unique so that others will not be able to use it to log in. Do not use your real name.

    Enter a parent's email if asked. If you are under the age of thirteen, it will ask you to enter your parent's email address. If you are older than thirteen, skip this step.

    Click the blue box that says Sign up . Only do this after you have completed everything.
    • You are finished! You will now be redirected to the Quizlet homepage.

    Select Sign up with Facebook . It's is located at the very top of the sign up tab, next to the Sign up with Google button.

    Enter the email address or your phone number into the first box. This will be the one you used to sign up for your Facebook account.

    Enter your password.

    Click the dark blue box that says Log In .

    Wait to be redirected back to the original sign up page. Enter your birthday.
    • Your birthday has to be your real birthday. Quizlet allows all ages to participate, but you must use your real date of birth to comply with local laws.

    Enter your email address into the box if you are over the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, it will ask you for a parent's email.

    Enter the password you'd like to use. The password should be unique and hard to guess. Don't make the password an obvious word, or something similar to your username.
    • Your password must be at least 8 characters long.

    Click the blue box that says Sign up . Only do this after you have completed everything.
