Steps

Launch the Instagram app. Navigate to your and tap on the Instagram app, which resembles a multicoloured camera. Log in with your username and passwords, if you haven't already done so.

Open your profile tab. Tap on your profile icon at the bottom-right corner of the app.Advertisement

Move to the “Reels” tab. You can see this tab below your profile info and this will be the second icon.

Tap on the reel you want to delete. When you tap on the thumbnail, the reel layout will show up.

Tap on the three dots icon. You can see this ⋮ or ⋯ icon at the bottom-right side of your screen. This will open a context menu.

Tap on Delete . The red coloured "Delete" option will be the first option in the list.

- If you want to restore a deleted post, go to Settings > Account > Recently deleted within 30 days. After that, your deleted reel will be permanently deleted.Thanks
