Downloading CTGP

    Check your Wii U version. If it's 5.4.0 or lower, you need to update your Wii U. You can do this in system settings. An internet connection is required to do this.

    Go to the CTGP official website . Here you can download the latest version of CTGP.

    Click Download .

    Click the big blue button. This will take you to Mega, where you can download the latest version.

    Wait for the file to download.

    Extract the zip file to your SD card.

    Put the SD card back into your Wii U. Don't do this while the Wii U is turned on.

Installing CTGP on your Wii U

    Open the internet browser on your Wii U.

    In the internet browser, go to wiiuexploit.xyz

    Press the button in the middle of the screen. If the console crashes try again.

    A new menu will open. Press wuphax .
  5. 5
    Wait until wuphax loads and press A.  Be careful not to press B. This will back up your Wii menu Mii channel and replace it with CTGP.

    Wait until the console reloads by itself.

    Open your Wii menu and run the Mii channel.

    When CTGP opens, read the instructions and press Add CTGP channel . This will add a new Wii channel so you can access CTGP more easily.

    Click Updates and download all the updates. This may take some time to update.

    Press launch and you can play!

Restoring the Mii channel

    On your Wii U, go to wiiuexploit.xyz again.

    Open wuphax and wait for it to load.
  3. 3
    Press B to restore the Mii Channel. Do not press A, this will cause an error (if you already made a backup) and delete your Mii Channel.
