Open Google Chrome. It's a red, green and yellow circle with a blue dot in the center. Double-click on Chrome to open it up.

Access System Information. Type chrome://system into the address bar at the top of the screen and press ↵ Enter . You will be taken to a page of system specifications.Advertisement

Find meminfo . Scroll through the System Information menu until you find meminfo . Click Expand... to the right of meminfo to open the menu.

Locate Mem Total to find your RAM. Look for the first line in the meminfo menu; it will say "MemTotal". To the right of MemTotal is your RAM, which will be listed in kilobytes.
Tip: Most Chromebooks released after July 2016 have 4GB of RAM.
