The main difference between the MBTI personality types ENTJ and INTJ are their preferred energy sources. ENTJs are extraverted, meaning that they draw energy from interacting with the outside world and other people. This makes them a bit more social and outgoing than INTJs. INTJs, on the other hand, are introverted, meaning they feel energized by spending time in their inner world thinking, reflecting, and imagining new things. As a result, INTJs are usually more reserved and a bit less social than ENTJs.

ENTJ and INTJ share the rest of the three preference pairs— intuitive, thinking, and judging—so they do have a lot in common as well. Both personality types are goal-oriented, ambitious, imaginative, and strategic. With traits like these, they both make great leaders and trailblazers, though they may go about their groundbreaking plans in different ways.
