Whether Drew Barrymore is gay, bisexual, or straight is unclear, and it's best not to speculate. There is supposedly a 2003 interview with Contact Magazine
where Barrymore said, “I have always considered myself a bisexual.” However, it is not possible to actually confirm this interview exists, and it appears to be the only time Barrymore has supposedly commented on her sexuality. That said, Barrymore has never been in a public relationship with a woman, while she has dated men publicly her entire life, including David Arquette, Luke Wilson, and Justin Long.
