NLE Choppa has confirmed that he’s not gay, and there’s no evidence he’s ever been romantically linked to a man. He has been in relationships with Sexyy Red, Teanna Trump, and Sophie Rain—all women with an established preference for straight men.

Rumors have always surrounded NLE Choppa’s sexuality because he has been an outspoken LGBTQ+ ally, which has not been a widely popular move in the hip-hop community, historically speaking. He has been very public that queer men do not bother him, going so far as to say, “I love all people, though. I love bisexual males, I love gay males. I don’t mind them. They don’t do anything to discomfort my space.” It’s a good reminder that it’s best to not assume someone’s sexuality just because they’re supportive and inclusive, especially if they’ve outwardly expressed what their preferences are.
