Jingle the reindeer is the equivalent of Santa in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. He will show up in the plaza on December 24, or Toy Day, asking for help delivering presents to all of your villagers. If you help him out, you may even get present yourself, so start delivering!
Steps

1Talk to Jingle. You should see him walking around in the plaza, holding a big sack. When you talk to him, he will ask you for help delivering presents to all of the residents. He will then give you a DIY recipe for festive wrapping paper, and ask you to make three of them.
- If you don't see him, this may be because it isn't Toy Day in the game. The Animal Crossing: New Horizons Day starts at 5:00 am in the morning, not at 12:00 am like in real life, so if you are playing between 12:00 am to 4:59 am, it is still considered to be the day before.

2Craft the festive wrapping paper. To craft the wrapping paper, head to a crafting table. This can be either Tom Nook's, a Villager's, or your crafting table. Walk up to the crafting table, press A, select the DIY recipe for the festive wrapping paper, then craft it. Repeat this process 2 more times.
- To craft the wrapping paper, you will need one of each kind of ornament. You can collect these by shaking cedar trees during the winter. In total, you will need 3 yellow ornaments, 3 blue ornaments, and 3 red ornaments.

3Talk to Jingle again and give him the 3 festive wrapping papers. He will then hand you a magic sack for delivering presents, and a Toy Day stocking. He will ask you to go deliver presents to all the villagers using the magic sack.
- If you hang up the Toy Day stocking in your house, on December 25, you will be able to obtain Jingle's photo.

4Equip the magic sack like you would when equipping a tool in your inventory. With the magic sack equipped, find your villagers. Walk up to them and go talk to them. Deliver them one of the gifts. Repeat this process ten times until you have given each on of your villagers a gift.
- Depending on how many villagers you have on your island at the moment, you may not have to repeat the process as many times.

5Talk to Jingle when you have delivered half of the presents. He will then reward you with the DIY recipe for a gift pile, which you can craft using 3 red wrapping papers, 1 wooden block toy, and 1 cardboard box.
- The red wrapping paper can be obtained from Nook's Cranny. You can get a wooden block toy by crafting it using softwood, and you can find cardboard boxes in the recycling bin.

6Talk to Jingle again once you have delivered a present to every one of your villagers. He will thank you for all of your help, and give you a Toy Day sleigh item in return.
- This is the only way to get the Toy Day sleigh, so do not sell it or give it to anyone, as you cannot replace it until the next Toy Day.

7Know how to give out more presents. If you would like to give out more presents, you can wrap items using wrapping paper and give them to villagers. When you do, the villagers will then give you a present in return.
- The items that villagers give you is a random item from the toys that Nook's Cranny was selling.
