Obtaining Character EXP Materials

  1. Every time you defeat an enemy, a small amount of character EXP is awarded to your party. While this will be insufficient to level up your characters significantly, it will give your character a good bump in the early ascension phases.
  2. Chests can be found across the world of Teyvat. Different chests have different materials depending on the type of chest. Common Chests will have basic materials and maybe Wanderer's Advice, while Precious and Luxurious Chests will have more rare materials and maybe Hero's Wit.

  5. In Paimon's Bargains, you can use Stardust and Starglitter to buy character EXP items, including Adventurer's Experience and Hero's Wit. You can also spend real-life money to get Top-Up crystals which can also be used to obtain items.
