Prepare the chicken. Crack three eggs into the first large bowl and whisk. Fill the second bowl with 2 cups of breadcrumbs. Fill a third bowl with two cups of flour.

Cook the chicken. In a separate frying pan add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and bring to medium heat. Take the chicken breasts and dip them into the flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs in that order. Then carefully place the chicken into the frying pan. Let the chicken cook on each side for two minutes on medium heat.
