- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup (120g) ketchup
- 1/2 cup (125g) BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet chunky relish
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook the ground beef in a large skillet until no pink appears.
