Can I make a kids' version?

You can. Replace the melon liqueur with melon juice (if you can't find any, use peach juice or any other "tropical" juice like mango), replace the peach schnapps with peach juice, and the coconut rum with half an ounce of coconut water. (The Island Punch Pucker is mostly there for color. You can leave it out, or replace it with store-bought punch-flavored juice if you want.)
